Brand new without tags Size 14 Night Way cocktail dress. It has a simple black vest style bodice and taupe grey skirt which is pleated around the waist.
At the bottom of the dress, almost on the hem, is a gorgeous pleated ruffle detail which we have photographed to show the full effect.
